Shipping

  • To whom will you ship?

    We are happy to ship items to our existing and new clientel to allow shopping with us even when you're not here locally. Shipping charges apply.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship everywhere in the United States. For an additional charge, we may be able to offer overnight delivery to certain locations.

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee on in-stock items. 

  • What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our boutique. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be located, we’ll refund your order or reship if your items are still available.

Returns

  • Which items are eligible for return?

    Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date for exchange or store credit. Sale or Clearance items are final sales which are not returnable. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.

  • Are shipping fees refundable?

    Unfortunately, shipping fees are not refundable when you send an item back to us.

  • I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

    Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a exchange or store credit. Sale or Clearance items are final sales which are not returnable. Eligible gift returns will be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a store credit for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 14 days from the date they were purchased.
